I'd much rather focus my time on you and your lovely family, which is why my policies are short and sweet! At the end of the day, I can't spend that time on you lovely folks if my business isn't running. These policies ensure I can be present for you.
Payment, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
I know life with kids can be unpredictable. I’m deeply committed to supporting your family with flexibility and care—and I also hold strong boundaries to honor the time and energy I pour into our work together.
If something truly disruptive happens—like a death in your immediate family, a medical or mental health emergency, or a major crisis that pulls the rug out from under you—I’ll always work with you to pause or shift things as needed. Just reach out.
Agreed-upon cancellations are refunded at 80% of the total cost of unused sessions.
For everything else, I’m happy to reschedule sessions with advance notice and can extend the length of your package if life gets in the way. I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible so I can offer that time to someone else who needs support.
No-shows are forfeited. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be forfeited at my discretion, but I’ll always lead with understanding.
One reschedule allowed per scheduled session, must be used within 30 days. After 30 days, the session is forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All resources, scripts, and tools I provide are for your personal use only. Don’t reshare, republish, or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Boundaries & Conduct
I reserve the right to terminate our working relationship at any time, without refund, if client conduct becomes harmful, disrespectful, or violates the integrity of our agreement. This includes, but is not limited to: disrespectful communication (e.g. yelling, name-calling, dismissiveness); repeated boundary violations (e.g. contacting me outside agreed hours, demanding immediate responses); failure or refusal to pay; unauthorized sharing or reselling of my intellectual property; actions or language that are discriminatory, bigoted, or harassing; manipulative behavior (e.g. guilt-tripping, gaslighting); or any conduct that undermines my role or creates an unsafe or unproductive working environment.

If I terminate due to conduct, no refund will be issued.

Legal & Enforcement
These terms are governed by Austrian law.
Disputes will be handled via written communication first. If unresolved, legal action may be pursued.
